Paris Hilton will perform at Cavalli Club next month as she continues to forge a career as a DJ.

The hotel heiress’ has long held aspirations of a successful music career, and first released a self-titled pop album in 2006. Six years later she made her debut on the decks, though her performance in Brazil received a lukewarm reception, with Mixmag dubbing her set an ‘auditory car crash’.

However, fresh from a summer in Ibiza, the 32-year-old has continued to develop her skills, working alongside Akon, Afrijack and others, and is determined to put on a show at the Fairmont Hotel on December 1.

In fact, such as been her improvement that Hilton earned herself a month-long stint on the party island of Ibiza last summer, and none other than iconic nightclub Amnesia. Owners were so impressed with her role in the Foam and Diamonds party that she has already signed up to return in 2014.

‘The number of people attending kept on growing and the positive word of mouth in Ibiza was just phenomenal,’ bosses said in August.

Of the experience, the mix-Queen herself added recently: “I was there for two months. I had so much fun, I was playing for 10,000 people every single night. It was pretty insane. I started at 4am and went 6am, which was when the foam comes out. It’s like no other party you’ve ever been to. It’s kind of like being in a car wash.”

The upcoming performance in Dubai forms part of a tour currently being undertaken by the Simple Life star, who has recently appeared on American TV, as well as at The Storm Electronic Music Festival in Shanghai.

Hilton, who has also starred in the movie House of Wax, has previous in Dubai, having bought her BFF (Best Friends Forever) TV show to the Emirate in 2011, the premise of which was to to find her someone worthy of joining her friendship group. Kuwaiti Reem Al Alnezi was the eventual winner, beating off competition from entrants all over the world.

In April this year, the star told Gulf News: “I love exploring; there are so many fun things to do in Dubai, and its always changing. Meeting different people and visiting the souqs are some of my favourite things to do. The shopping is great too. I would love to come back. I’m travelling a lot for my brands and new store openings, so I will be looking forward to my next trip to Dubai.”
