Hailed as the Middle East’s ‘premier luxury lifestyle event’, Big Boys Toys has confirmed it will roll back into Dubai this October, and it will be bigger and better than ever.

Featuring a staggering line-up of the fastest, biggest, costliest, cleverest and most bonkers kit, from cars to drones, and gadgets to garments, it will provide plenty of eye-candy for those who like the finer things in life.

Already confirmed to feature at the three-day showcase at SkyDive Dubai between October 3 and 5, are Triton Submarines, creators of the world’s deepest diving submersible, Jetovator, a flying jetski, Swiss military watch-makers and countless other sleek innovations, each fitting into one of the following categories: adventure, aviation, digital, drive, fashion, lifestyle, marine, off-road, ride and wellness.

A spokesman for Artaaj, who are helping put on the event said: “Big Boys Toys has garnered extraordinary success since it first launched in 2009. With each passing year, we are determined to bring something new and unique at each edition to delight and excite the fans of the show.

“We feel that SkyDive Dubai offers extended options that meet the growing ideas and requirements for the show while offering an adventurous playground for all our visitors looking to indulge and experience the toys for the Big Boys.”

Specialising in showing off the never-before-seen, last year’s show attracted more than 40,000 visitors and an additional 24 exhibitors on the previous year. One of the highlights of the show was a fully operating vehicle that mirrored those in hit movie Tron, known as the Xenon Lightcycle. Also featuring were a converted Rolls Royce with DJ box and bar attached. The highlight for visitors at last year’s was the world’s first supercar test drive pit, a feature that will return this time around.

But it’s also a place for the more delicate and appreciated things, such as Tania Jarvinen, who will be featuring their exquisite silk accessories, as well as Crease, who will showcase their exclusive Iranian handicrafts.

Tickets for any of the three days cost Dhs100 with opening hours running from 3pm to 10pm on Thursday, and 1pm to 10pm on the weekend.
