All Star Sport

This impressive new facility has four five-a-side pitches and one seven-a-side field. A nice idea here is that you can log your details on their website and you’ll be put on the register for pick-up games.

The pitches are quite small here at this Al Quoz football hub, but the astroturf is decent and the staff are friendly. Plus, Football Center donates your old kit to good causes.

Ahdaaf Sports Club

Two large football pitches separated by a floor to ceiling net at this Al Quoz soccer and fitness centre can each easily accommodate 12 football players. There’s bleacher seating at one end so you can check out your rivals, and a small café selling drinks and kit. You’ll need a bottle of something after playing here because the air con is not that effective. It’s one of the most popular soccer centres in the city so get your pitch booking in early.

This warehouse in Al Quoz is a bit rough around the edges (be careful driving in, the road is terrible) but it’s another place to get your football fix with five pitches.

The pitches here at this What’s On Award-winning sports centre are compact, but good for a game of furious five-a-side footy. The astroturf is soft, the air-conditioning is good, but bring your own ball because the ones supplied are tatty.
