Got plans this weekend and wondering if the rain will dampen (or improve) them?

Well, according to Accuweather, The Weather Network, BBC and Weather.com the rain is just passing through, and tomorrow will be sunny (as per usual). It’s also unlikely to rain again this afternoon – meaning Thursday night traffic will likely be just ‘normally bad’ rather than ‘rain bad’ in areas where the roads are no longer flooded.

Meteorologists are predicting an average of 25 degrees Celsius throughout the day on Friday November 13, with humidity at around 50 per cent and sunset predicted for 5.30pm.

Temperature and sun predictions for Saturday are similar, with clear skies and an average of 26 degrees – however, winds are expected to pick up again on Saturday to around 30 kilometres an hour.

In other weather-related news, Skyview, the flying display at Dubai Airshow, has been given the go ahead for this afternoon as the weather is clearing up (it was cancelled on Wednesday due to high winds). Find more info about it here.

Also, today is the first day we’ve genuinely needed a second layer to keep ourselves warm (yay, winter!) – and no wonder, considering the lowest temperature today was recorded at Jebel Jais in Ras al Khaimah at just 12.2 degrees Celsius.
