A new tower is coming to Palm Jumeirah (and it looks very fancy)…

By 2020 you’ll be able to live in Palm 360 – a new tower on the Palm Jumeirah that’s being built on the Western Crescent of the Palm. The twin tower will be home to two boutique hotels (with 110 rooms each), 252 one- and two-bedroom residences and 12 four-bedroom penthouses (which will be the size of four tennis courts each).

The penthouses will each take up an entire floor of the building – well, some of them will be duplexes and so will cover two whole floors. They will have their own private infinity pools, gyms and private theatres and will boast floor-to-ceiling windows so that you can really drink in that view.

Palm 360 will also include a restaurant built into the structure that connects the two buildings on the 30th floor, as well as a swimming pool that’s larger than a football field.

There will also be beachfront restaurants, a spa, a lobby-level indoor garden and direct access to the Palm Jumeirah Boardwalk from the new building.

The project is being developed by Nakheel (who are the master developers for the whole of the Palm Jumeirah) and covers 500,000 square feet of landscaped ground.
