First came news of Guns N’Roses’ epic Dubai concert, and now another big-time rocker is heading to town.

Bryan Adams is bringing his Get Up world tour to the Autism Rocks Arena next year, just days after Axl and Slash perform at the same venue.

The Canadian superstar, who’s sold an enormous 65 million records (and counting) will play in the emirate on March 9, 2017 (Guns N’Roses are performing on March 3).

We’ve got our fingers crossed for a rendition of his most famous ballad (and Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves soundtrack smash hit), Everything I Do:

We’re also hoping for a live version of everyone’s favourite end-of-the-night, when-the-lights-are-coming-up track, Summer Of ’69:

Surely there’s nothing greater than screaming “I got my first real six-string” at the top of your lungs with the man himself?

Adams is also behind the hits Please Forgive Me, Heaven, All For Love, and plenty more, as you’d expect from a musician who’s released a mega 13 albums over three decades.

The Oscar nominee is a living legend in his homeland, where he’s been given the Order of Canada, has been inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame and has a Star on Canada’s Walk of Fame.

The Grammy winner last played in Dubai in 2010, and though tickets for his latest gig won’t go on sale for a few weeks, you can pre-register at 117live.com.

In the meantime, we’ll have Everything I Do on repeat for the rest of the day.

(And his duet with former Spice Girl Mel C, we’re not ashamed…)
