Lindsay Lohan lives in Dubai now?
The actress has been an outspoken advocate for the Muslim world, and now it looks like she’s calling the Middle East home…
Word is David Guetta basically lives here, plenty of footballers and tennis players call the city home, reality stars have set up camp here and now it looks like actress Lindsay Lohan is a perma-resident of our emirate.
Why do we say this? Well because Dubai One TV presenter Dina Butti posted this Instagram yesterday that claims the 30-year-old actress is “based in Dubai”…
Lohan also posted Instagram photos from Dubai earlier this month, saying her “best friend” lives here, lifestyle blogger Karen Wazen Bakhazi.

She also shared a snap of herself with make up artist and businesswoman Joelle Mardinian of Maison de Joelle.
The actress has travelled extensively this year, visiting Turkey many times to meet with Syrian refugees and aid workers in refugee camps, shadowing doctors and handing out presents.

We look forward to hearing about what initiatives she will be working on from Dubai as Lohan has been an outspoken advocate of Islam and its billions of followers after receiving online hatred when she was photographed holding a Quran earlier this year.
“I was a bad person for holding that Quran,” she explained.
“I was so happy to leave [America] and go back to London after that, because I felt so unsafe in my own country. If this [Islam] is something that I want to learn, this is my own will.
“I can’t imagine how many people go through this all the time,” Lohan added of what Muslims in America face. “That made me feel like an outsider.”
