Why spend just one day celebrating when you can spend three? You’ll find plenty of Paddy’s Day antics within all three of McGettigan’s bars — just pick your location (JLT, DWTC, or Souk Madinat Jumeriah). The Ultimate Paddy’s Day Party

McGettigan’s and DGT Events have joined forces to present a huge St Patrick’s Day party at Dubai Media City Amphitheatre. The event will feature a cracking lineup of musical acts, including Gavin James, Walking on Cars, The Coronas and the stars of The Commitments. Regular tickets cost Dhs150 including a free drink, kids aged five to 16 get in for Dhs75, and kids under five go free.

London’s finest fish restaurant might seem like a strange place to spend St Patrick’s Day, but believe it or not, Geales has it sorted. The eatery is throwing an Irish-inspired garden party with entertainment like bungee runs and coconut shy, with DJ Danny C on hand to provide the tunes. Food stalls will serve classic dishes like steak and Guinness pie, fish and chips, and Irish oysters. Dhs220 gets you food and a pint of Guinness.
