It looks like it’s going to be beautiful…

A brand new Dhs5 billion business park is set to be built close to DIFC and Emirates Towers. The Emirates Towers Business Park project will be situated between Sheikh Zayed Road and Happiness Street.

Here’s what it’s going to look like:

The development centres around four high rise towers, and will include a mix of retail, F&B, hotel and office space. High and low rise office towers have been designed to meet the increasing demand for Grade A office space in the area.

There will be three five-star hotels, one of which will be managed by the Jumeirah Group. The management of the other two is still yet to be confirmed.

Interlinking the spaces will be public parks, greenery and two pedestrian bridges that will connect to DIFC, and be regulated under the DIFC authority.

To ensure ease of access across the development, Emirates Towers Business Park will be supported through a three-level basement. One level will be dedicated to traffic management, while the other two will provide 13,000 new parking spaces.

The project, unveiled by HH Sheikh Mohammed earlier this month, is said to be in response to increasing demand from international corporations looking to set up a base in Dubai’s business environment.

Work on the project will begin later this year, and should be completed within four years.
