As the Premier League kicks off again this weekend, grab a seat at one of these spots to catch all the action…

It’s official, football season is back (as is BeIN sports).

And there’s no better way to catch up with mates than over 90 minutes of no-talking while the game is on.

So here are 12 bars and pubs with screens and deals aplenty where you can watch the Premier League in Dubai…

Barasti

This Dubai stalwart has a big focus on sport (and screens). The venue boasts both a vast outdoor and covered indoor seating area and a large sports screen specially for the big events. Get a head start with the Wild Thing jungle-themed brunch every Saturday. It’s buffet style food and an open bar for Dhs175 for the ladies and Dhs250 for the guys.

Barrel 12

There’s a whole host of options to be had at Barrel 12 over the football season. As well as a daily happy hour from 4pm to 7pm, there’s a weekend roast for Dhs99 and a three-hour brunch package served over any three-hour block between noon until 9pm, offering three-courses and three hours of unlimited house beverages for Dhs295.

Bidi Bondi

This casual Aussie-themed bar on the Palm is a favourite for catching sport. Their Palm Weekender deal offers five drinks for Dhs145 every Friday or Saturday, or for the same price enjoy four drinks and a meal from a choice that includes Thai green curry, cheeseburgers and calamari. On Sundays house drinks are at Dhs30 all day.

Brunswick Sports Club

Brunswick Sports Club have upped the game ahead of the league this season, with a wheel of deals that’s spun every time a goal is scored. What’s more, the stakes double every time there’s a penalty. Deals include spirits for Dhs30, shot of the day for Dhs10, and buy one get one free on Espresso Martinis and house wine.

A popular option for Jumeirah residents, Dhow & Anchor has a daily happy hour on selected house grape beverages, spirits and lagers, meaning up to 50% discount on selected beverages from 3pm until 7pm. There are half a dozen screens and a Burj Al Arab view.

Jekyll & Hyde

DIFC’s British pub Jekyll & Hyde will be showing multiple games across all of the football weekends. There’s a daily happy hour from 5pm to 8pm, plus drinks deals that will get you five selected beverages for Dhs150 from 8pm onwards. There’s a pub atmosphere, and also the option to enjoy a roast dinner every Friday, Saturday and Saturday for Dhs99. To celebrate the major league’s return, they will be kicking things off this Saturday with an all-day happy hour too.

Kickers

Catch all the action at Kickers Sports Bar every match day weekend. They’ve put up five large projector screens to add to the existing 11 TVs, and happy hour runs from 3pm to 7pm too. It’s a lively atmosphere, and a good option for Sports City residents who want to get in on the action without travelling too far.

Lock, Stock & Barrel

This popular Barsha Heights bar is showing Premier League matches live every Saturday and Sunday across all 13 screens, including the largest indoor screen in Dubai. Roast of The Day will be served up on Saturday and Sunday till 10pm, plus there’s a daily happy hour from 4pm to 8pm that gets you selected drinks two-for-one.
