1. Cool off at the launch of a new ladies’ day

Nasimi Beach

2. Dine and make dreamcatchers at Muchachas

One of Turquoise boutique’s most popular workshops returns to Muchachas Mexican Cantina tonight, with a three-hour dinner and dreamcatcher workshop. It’s Dhs250 with mocktails, or Dhs260 with margaritas, and lasts around three hours.

4. Find your zen at rooftop yoga

There’s a beginners’ Hatha yoga class every Monday at the pool deck of Sofitel Downtown Dubai. The hour-long class is a mix of stretching, breathing and basic Hatha yoga, completed while enjoying some of Downtown’s most enviable views of the Burj Khalifa. Mats are provided and classes are Dhs70.

5. Fuel your fitness

As part of The Dubai Fitness Challenge, Golden Mile Galleria is running a one month Fitness Festival with Fitness First, Yoga La Vie, Little Gladiators and the Ripe Market to bring you a bunch of exciting fitness-based events. 6. Watch Wonder Woman Al Fresco

Outdoor Cinema Dubai is back and this week they’ve paired up with Urban Entertainment to host a screening at The Backyard in The Steigenberger Hotel, Business Bay. This week, you can catch Wonder Woman on the big screen from 8pm.

7. See a show at Fashion Forward

Now in its 10th season, Fashion Forward returns to Dubai this weekend. A four-day celebration of style featuring runway shows, presentations, exhibitions, talks, shopping, music and film, it’s open to the public and free entry for all.

8. Bring in the weekend early with a brand new night
