1. Soak up a new ladies’ day deal

2. Take on a monster burger challenge

The Wavebreaker Beach Bar & Grill on JBR has a new Jawbreaker challenge, and this Monday radio’s Big Rossi will be attempting it. It’s a two kilogram burger packed with beef patties, cheese, beef bacon, onions and guacamole, and it measures a cool 20 centimeters. Fancy taking on Big Rossi? 3. Dine on Dhs5 oysters at our Best Newcomer award winner

It just won the Favourite Newcomer at our annual What’s On awards (read all about those winners here) and now Sean Connolly at Dubai Opera has a tasty happy hour deal too. Throughout November, enjoy oysters for Dhs5 every day from 7pm to 8pm at the Pearl Bar.

4. Start the day with sunrise yoga

Starting this week, every Sunday and Tuesday Just Be Hollistic Center is hosting an hour-long sunrise yoga session on the beach from 6.30am to 7.30am. The Dhs80 class will be hosted at Jumeirah open beach, and will be taken by Zuzana, a yoga practitioner with more than seven years’ experience.

5. Practice your pout at a ladies night

Societe has the Magic X hunks back in town for their weekly ladies’ night, Pout. As well as pamper prizes, unlimited free drinks from 11pm to 1am and shots for Dhs10, the Magic X performers are back at the venue to entertain partygoers.

6. Get in the fast lane with Dubai Motor Show

The Dubai International Motor Show roars back to Dubai this week and will showcase more than 100 regional or global car launches from the world’s leading automotive brands. 8. Check out the latest in design at Downtown Design

If you’re in the business of buying furniture anytime soon, this one’s for you. As part of Dubai Design Week (read all about that here), Downtown Design is back with four days of unique design brought to you from all corners of the globe. The Italian Way product design award, a competition launched last month to find the region’s top design talent, will also be presented to the winner at a pop-up at The Lighthouse in d3 on the Wednesday evening.
