Staying up for the game next Monday? Here’s where you can watch it…

On Monday February 5, the biggest American Football game of the year, and the annual 52nd annual Super Bowl, returns to screens across Dubai in the early hours of the morning.

The National Football Conference (NFC) champion Philadelphia Eagles will play the American Football Conference (AFC) champion New England Patriots to decide the league champion for the 2017 NFL season.

But it’s not just about the game. The ever-popular half time show will this year be headlined by Justin Timberlake, an honour that has been previously given to superstars including Bruno Mars, Lady Gaga and Beyonce.

So if you don’t mind the early morning, here’s six places to watch the Super Bowl.

Kickers

Head down to Dubai Sport’s City’s popular sports bar, Kickers from 5am to catch the American Football game of the year. There’s  5 large screen projectors and 11 TVs, and they’ll be serving their full food menu as well as beverage deals including a bucket of five beers for Dhs130 and a 3.5 litre beer tower for Dhs260.  for AED130 and 3.5L hops tower for AED260.

Watch the Super Bowl action unfold on multiple television screens at Nezesaussi Grill Dubai Marina. The doors will be open for the sports fans from midnight on Sunday February 4, until 6am on Monday February 5. Throughout the morning, the restaurant will be offering a special breakfast menu and happy hour prices on selected drinks until 3am.

Perry & Blackwelder

You can catch all the Super Bowl action this year at Perry & Blackwelder in Souk Madinat. Open from 3.30am, the American bar will be serving up a special menu of breakfast dishes, with a linebacker-sized platter of all the classics.

Spike Bar

Gather your friends during the early hours and head to Spike Bar for this year’s Super Bowl.  The Emirates Golf Club venue is hosting a special party for the biggest American Football game of the year. It’s Dhs50 for entry, which includes breakfast, plus happy hour drinks start from Dhs28. The game will be shown across 16 screens around the venue, plus an extra large three-metre screen on the outdoor terrace.

McGettigans JLT

Football fans can get into the game and watch all the NFL action from this year’s Super Bowl at McGettigan’s JLT on Monday February 5 at 4am. There’ll be a live screening of the match across the screens in The Baggot, as well as specials on buckets of beer, wings, burgers and the signature bites menu.
