There’s nowhere else in the city quite like Dubai Creek. And now there’s another excuse to spend time on its peaceful shores, with the opening of Park Hyatt Dubai’s beautiful new dining destination, The Promenade.

Located on the picturesque banks of the Creek, and offering panoramic views of the historic heart of Dubai, The Promenade is home to five unique dining concepts. Here’s what you’ll find there…

Brasserie du Park

This elegant restaurant is inspired by the seaside town of Deauville in Normandy, which is reflected in its menu of quintessentially French flavours. Signature mains include whole French seabass, baked in a rich salt crust, and the Joue de bœuf sous croute; a stew of slow-braised beef cheek, vegetables, pan-fried foie gras and puff pastry. For dessert, indulge in apple pie served with salted butter caramel ice cream, or the yummy cheese creme brulée. There’s also an in-house patisserie serving up delicacies like macaroons and eclairs.

NOÉPE

NOÉPE aims to transport diners to the shores of Cape Cod, with its relaxed, nautical vibes. Signature dishes inspired by New England cuisine include Maryland crab cakes, lobster mac ‘n’ cheese and sliders made from lobster fresh from Maine. It’s also the perfect spot for sundowners – sip on house specialties like homemade lemonade and ice tea, as well as a wide selection of bubbles, hops and grape.

seventyseventy

Described as the “ultimate bar for grown-ups”, seventyseventy is modelled on the sleek design of the early 1970s. Expect touches of retro glamour, such as a vintage record player, plush sunken lounge seating and a cosy open fire. Head here for an interesting pre-dinner cocktail.

The Thai Kitchen

This award-winning Thai restaurant is known for its authentic dishes, prepared by an all-Thai kitchen. The restaurant boasts three live kitchens – one each for wok, grill and noodles – as well as a separate kitchen especially for traditional Thai desserts.

Traiteur Brunch

This French-themed brunch has long been considered one of the best in Dubai. And after a short hiatus, you’ll now find it at The Promenade every Friday. There’s all of the decadent dishes the Traiteur brunch is so renowned for, such as Burgundy snails, pan-seared foie gras, scallops and freshly shucked Fine de Claire oysters, as well as unlimited servings of lobster, shrimp and salmon.
