It’s one of the biggest events on the brunching calendar, and there’s only a few sleeps left until the return of the wildly popular Cirque de Cuisine megabrunch at Atlantis, The Palm.

For the uninitiated, Cirque de Cuisine is a unique concept that allows diners to make their way around six of the resort’s signature restaurants, enjoying unlimited food and beverages from live cooking stations, extravagant buffets, and roaming canape trays.

For an extraordinary night, guests will enter The Avenues, which will be filled with mind-blowing experiences delivered by the show-stopping performers from Cirque Le Soir. There’s space for more than 1000 brunchers, so it’s definitely one of the city’s biggest and best.

The next edition of Cirque de Cuisine will take place this Thursday, April 19. Brunch will run from 7pm to 11pm, followed by an after-party at stylish Chinese restaurant, YUAN.

What food will I find?

Nobu will serve… the restaurant’s renowned sushi, as well as an array of signatures including black cod butter lettuce and beef tenderloin anticucho. A selection of sakes will also be on offer from the ceviche and mochi bar.

YUAN will serve… Beijing-style BBQ dumplings, as well as signature dishes including crispy seabass with sanbei sauce, steamed Chinese mantou with barbecued chicken and Peking duck with homemade pancakes.

Bread Street Kitchen will serve… British favourites including the signature mini beef Wellington. There will also be a cheese and bread station.

Seafire will serve… the Atlantis beef carvery, as well as Kelly oyster shooters, the famous savoury short rib donuts, and Seafire rossini.

Ronda Locatelli will serve… truffle risotto and homemade ravioli, caserecce pasta with duck ragu, and a selection of woodfire pizzas.

Ossiano will serve… a selection of opulent desserts by Chef De Cuisine Gregoire Berger inside the breathtaking Lost Chambers Aquarium.

Where can I get tickets?

Tickets are still available at platinumlist.net for Dhs535 per adult and Dhs335 for teens aged 12 to 21. But you’d better hurry – they’re selling out fast.
