Inside, you’ll find 220 rooms, 9 dining outlets and some stunning views of the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Fountain…

Address Hotels already offers stylish, five star accommodation, dining and wellness at it’s two properties, Address Dubai Mall, and Address Boulevard for those looking to stay Downtown.

And now it’s re-added a third property to it’s Downtown portfolio, as the Address Downtown has re-opened its doors. The hotel suffered substantial damage during a fire on New Year’s Eve 2015, and has been closed since.

Having undergone a total makeover, there’s a new modern feel to the hotel, with plenty of upgraded features. Of course, it’s still serving up some of the best views of the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Fountain there is to offer.

Upon reopening, the 63-storey property features 220 guest rooms and suites, a new spa, several brand new restaurants as well as updates to some of the best-loved brands that were previously in the hotel.

There will be 16 room types to choose from, ranging from deluxe rooms to the signature spa suite which comes complete with stunning Fountain views. Twin rooms will also be available, which will see two rooms connected through a foyer, perfect for families or couples traveling together.

Signature Address restaurant concept ‘The Restaurant’ will be the first of the nine food and beverage concepts to open. Much like it’s Address Boulevard counterpart, it’s designed in the style of an avant-garde French apartment with inspired spaces from the Living Room to the Kitchen.

The lobby lounge and Katana, serving up robatayaki-style Japanese cuisine are both also open. Restaurants including a second serving of American steakhouse STK, Turkish restaurant The Galliard and four more concepts will open soon.

Guests looking for some top-class pampering will be able to get in their much-needed me time at The Spa at Address Downtown. Complete with nine treatment rooms, a hammam, steam rooms and relaxation areas, it’s complemented by a 24 hour fitness centre and an infinity pool cascading over five tiers that serves up some very snappable Burj Khalifa views.

Rooms start from around Dhs1,000 per night, and we can’t wait to see inside…
