For some people, going to the cinema to catch the latest Hollywood blockbuster is not just a fun night out but a full-fledged event.

And it’s for those people that Reel Cinemas has announced its new Platinum Movie Suites for a proper VIP experience.

The cinema chain is promising to “personally pamper every filmgoer” offering the “ultimate movie-star experience” as the exclusive new screening room boasts luxurious pod-style seating with five-star, made-to-order gourmet choices.

Reel Cinemas is keeping schtum on how much a ticket to this movie-with-all-the-trimmings experience will cost but we can’t imaging it’ll be cheap. Although, if you want to catch the next Star Wars flick in uber-lux privacy, this will probably be the best way to do it.

No word yet on when the new service will launch but we’ll be sure to keep you posted once we know more.
