It comes as part of the Hilton takeover of the Habtoor City hotels…

Earlier this month it was announced that hotel chain Hilton would takeover operations of the three Al Habtoor City hotels, after the Al Habtoor Group cut ties with Marriott.

The hotel formerly known as The St Regis Dubai would be rebranded to Habtoor Palace, the W Dubai became V Dubai, and The Westin was renamed Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City.

But what about the restaurants and bars inside them?

Well, some have retained their monikers, while others have been rebranded, although mostly they’ll still be serving similar cuisine. So we’ve rounded up all the changes that have been made, hotel by hotel.

Habtoor Palace (formerly St Regis Dubai)

The Polo Bar at the upscale five star resort has now been renamed The St. Regis Bar, with everything else remaining the same inside the bar.

World Cut Steakhouse is the brand replacing J&G Steakhouse. The upscale steakhouse will continue to be home to premium cuts of meat, without the moniker of celebrated chef Jean Georges.

The Iridium Spa at St Regis will also now be referred to as Silk Spa.

V Dubai (formerly W Dubai)

Only the W Lounge has been renamed at V Dubai, now a Curio Collection hotel. The large bar and lounge will continue with a daily happy hour, and Sunday ladies’ night which offers three free drinks and a 30 per cent food discount for all ladies dining.

Elsewhere in the hotel, the Wet Deck pool area is now the V Deck, and the FIT Gym has simply been renamed V Gym.

Hilton Dubai (formerly The Westin Dubai)

Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City has undergone the most changes.

Seasonal Tastes, the all day dining restaurant, has now become The Market (but it’s still an all day dining restaurant), which will serve up a weekly Friday brunch. Gastropub Cook Hall is now called Ribs & Brews.

The Heavenly Spa is now Elixir Spa & Health Club, and the Westin Club Lounge has become the Executive Lounge.
