The R&B songstress joins Snow Patrol and Jamiroquai to complete the Dubai Jazz Festival line-up.

The third and final headliner for the Emirates Airline Dubai Jazz Festival has been announced, and it’s a goodie. Alicia Keys will be closing the show on February 22.

The 17th edition of the legendary music festival will take place at Dubai’s Media City Amphitheatre from February 20 to 22, with Irish rockers Snow Patrol set to perform on the opening evening, and jazz-funk band Jamiroquai taking to the stage on Thursday night.

Keys – sometimes described as the Queen of R&B – will be returning to the UAE for the first time since her Set The World On Fire tour back in 2013.

A 15-time Grammy winner, Keys scored her first No.1 hit in 2001 with Fallin’. The classically-trained pianist has been pumping out hits ever since, including No One, Girl On Fire, and Empire State of Mind.

The multi-talented performer recently appeared as a coach on The Voice, and has collaborated with artists such as Eminem, Justin Timberlake and James Bay.

Tickets are priced from Dhs350, and are now available from Virgin Megastores and on the Dubai Jazz Festival website. Three-day passes to the event are also now available.
