It comes complete with panoramic Dubai skyline views and a breathtaking rooftop terrace…

Emerald Palace Kempinski is set to open its doors this Thursday November 29, and ahead of opening, more details have been released of one of their eight stunning restaurants, All’Onda.

Described as an Italian Venetian restaurant, All’Onda will open in December, fresh off the back of its success in New York. In the kitchen, guests can expect a blend of Italian Venetian cuisine, with influences from Japanese and Indian cooking traditions, with the menu headed up by the award winning chef Chris Jaeckle.

We’ve got high expectations for the menu, which promises a heavy focus on seafood, homemade pasta and risottos and Venetian chicchetti.

“Most people aren’t aware of the exceptional similarities between Italian Venetian and Japanese cuisine and the All’Onda menu is the perfect showcase of this unique blend, explains chef Jaeckle of the cuisine. “The exceptional All’Onda offering has been loved by New Yorkers for so many years and it is a pleasure to finally have the opportunity to bring the restaurant’s famous flavours to one of the world’s most exciting culinary destinations,” he added.

Although no images of the restaurant have been revealed, first-look renders reveal dramatic, decadent interiors in the 108-seater restaurant, as well as an al fresco rooftop terrace which promises panoramic views of the Dubai skyline.

All’Onda is one of eight restaurants opening at the stunning new 391 room Palm Jumeirah hotel. It will open alongside Alain Ducasse’s Mix, all-day dining restaurant Le Jardin, Mediterranean Villamore, Matagi, ‘boho chic’ Skorpeus bar and Sablanc, for poolside or beachfront drinks.

We can’t wait to check it out…
