Sponsored: Tenors of Rock is the show you didn’t know you needed to see…

Las Vegas export Caesars Palace is now open in Dubai, and with it has come the grand opening of The Rotunda Caesars Palace Bluewaters Dubai, a purpose-built, 500-seater venue complete with 360-degree viewing and a host of flexible layout options.

Found adjacent to the hotel, the dome-like Rotunda is promising an annual program of variety acts, concerts and shows in 2019, and it’s kicking things off this year with Tenors of Rock.

The four-piece rock band arrives in Dubai fresh from a two-year stint on the Las Vegas strip, and they’re bringing an exciting show of classic rock and rock ballads to the city with them.

Keen to get yourself some tickets? Here’s four things you need to know…

1. They can all sing

While most bands have a clear lead singer and the rest kind of serve as backup, that’s not the case with Tenors of Rock. Each of the band take their turn at leading the show, and they belt out hit after hit in perfect harmony.

2. They’re great at storytelling, too

A 90-minute show without breaks is exhausting for both the audience and the performers, but Tenors of Rock cleverly guide audience through their show with clever anecdotes and funny memories.

3. It’s not just about rock music

The band got together years ago, finding each other through their work in London’s West End and Broadway in New York and all have a musical theatre past. We love the fact that they put a rock twist on Phantom of the Opera’s The Music of the Night.

4. You’ll definitely know most of the songs

Whether it’s classic ACDC or Bon Jovi, rocking versions of The Beatles’ Hey Jude or a tribute to Freddie Mercury with an emotional rendition of Bohemian Rapsody, you’re guaranteed to be on your feet by the time the curtain goes down.
