It’s got serious interior goals…

While we often see Dubai royals dining at some of the city’s top restaurants, it’s rare that images of Abu Dhabi’s royals dining out in Dubai appear. But that’s just changed as HH Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi has been spotted dining at one of Jumeirah’s most Instagrammable restaurants.

Sheikh Mohamed was spotted enjoying lunch at Flamingo Room by tashas in Jumeirah Al Naseem on Tuesday February 12. Abu Dhabi’s Crown Prince happily posed for a photo with the team at the restaurant, which they later shared to their social media channels.

“We are so honoured to have H.H Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan with us today at the Flamingo Room,” the post was captioned.

Flamingo Room is the brainchild of restauranteur Natasha Sideris, who is also behind tashas cafes and the soon-to-open Avli by tashas, which will open in the Four Seasons DIFC this month.

Flamingo Room opened in Jumeirah Al Naseem in 2017 boasting sumptuous decor – and even more sumptuous food. The cuisine comes from a little bit of everywhere, although there are definite elements of Sideris’ South African and Greek heritage. You can read our review of the beautiful spot here.
