What happens?

There’s a trail you must follow as part of the experience which guides spa-goers through over a dozen state-of-the-art hydrothermal therapies and facilities, each designed to soothe and revitalise your body and soul. You’ll experience the a­ffusion showers, aroma steam, a brine cavern, a bucket drench shower, a steamy grotto, a herbal sauna, a chilly ice igloo, a rain walk, sole therapy, a traditional hammam experience plus a dip in a vitality pool which consists of six different acupressure jet stations to help soothe aching muscles.

How much does it cost?

The 60-minute experience costs Dhs100 per hour for guests from Al Wadi Desert and Al Hamra Beach resorts and Dhs150 per person per hour for visitors.

Stay a minimum of five nights in a luxurious private pool villa at the resort and the hotel will design your stay with a host of well-being experiences including sunrise yoga, detox treatments, healthy meals, complimentary beach access and much more.
