The Metro Music Festival will see 25 international musicians play across five popular stations…

Five of Dubai’s most popular metro stations will host a week-long live music festival later this month.

In partnership with the Road Transport Authority (RTA), Brand Dubai, the creative arm of Dubai Media Office, will run the festival from March 17 to 23.

Over seven days, Burjuman, Union, DMCC, Mall of the Emirates, and Burj Khalifa metro stations will see 25 musical acts from around the world take the stage for an audience of Dubai’s residents and tourists. All acts will be rotated across all stations throughout the week, so swing by your nearest participating station to catch all of the action.

The line-up promises to be an eclectic variety of traditional and non-traditional musical genres including street performers, classical instrumentalists and fusion musicians.

The free-to-attend event is part of the increasing number of arts and cultural events taking place in the UAE this month.
