It’s one of our favourites…

Dubai Shopping Festival is in full swing, but it’s not just all about bagging bargains. As well as live entertainment and fireworks shows across the city, one of the coolest pop-up markets will return as part of the DSF celebrations.

Now in its 6th year, Market Outside The Box (MOTB) will run from Thursday January 24 until Saturday at Burj Park. Over ten days, guests can expect roaming entertainment, street-style food trucks, kids’ play areas, and plenty of unique homegrown brands and local designers.

Whether you’re looking for fashion, homewares or things for the little ones, plenty of homegrown brands will be showcasing their stuff at the event.

It takes place across the sprawling lawns of Burj Park, and boasts some prime views of the Dubai Fountain and Burj Khalifa as well as some brilliant local brands.

Free to enter, the market will run from 4pm to 10pm through the week, and 10am to 10pm on weekends.

There will also be regular opportunities to get stuck in, with arts and crafts workshops, cap customisation, jewellery making and shoe art sessions all planned for the 10 days of MOTB.

Keen to get in on some more DSF action? You’ll be able to catch fireworks every weekend across a number of Dubai locations including Al Seef, The Beach on JBR and La Mer. You can check out the full list of fireworks across this January here.

Market Outside The Box, Burj Park, Downtown Dubai, 4pm to 10pm weekdays, 10am to 10pm weekends, free.
