Step back in time to the 60s 70s and 80s with hits from the Supremes, Jackson 5, Stevie Wonder and Marvin Gaye…

Motown music fan? Groove your way down to the QE2 next month as a Motown show makes its way to the QE2 Theatre and Grand Lounge, for four brilliant shows celebrating the golden age of Motown music.

Take a trip down musical memory lane with Motown hits that start from 1960s Detroit with a stage show featuring the iconic hits from Temptations, Supremes, Jackson 5  and Marvin Gaye.

Then, boogie through the decades of the 70s and 80s with hits from Diana Ross, Lionel Richie and Stevie Wonder.

Funky costumes and retro dance moves promise to truly revive one of the most recognisable music eras in history.

There will be two shows on Wednesday March 27 and Thursday March 28 at the QE2 Theatre, with tickets priced from Dhs180.

Two Friday shows on March 29 will include a matinee brunch performance at 2pm priced at Dhs475, and a supper club at 9pm with a five-course dinner and free flowing drinks until midnight included. Supper club tickets are priced at Dhs496.

It’s one of two recently-announced shows coming to the QE2 Theatre, and will be followed by a theatre production of Alice In Wonderland at the start of April.

The family-friendly show will run at Theatre by QE2 from Tuesday April 9 until Thursday April 18, with tickets on sale from February 11, priced from Dhs150 for adults and Dhs120 for children.

Fans will also get the chance to meet the cast at a special Mad Hatters Tea Party onboard either before or after the show. Afternoon tea packages for this very important date are priced at Dhs130 for adults, and Dhs65 for children.
