Alice will open on Friday October 25 in Sheraton Grand, Sheikh Zayed Road, offering guests a unique mix of culinary extravagance and lively atmosphere in a truly Insta-worthy setting. The venue is adorned with colourful LED panels and you’ll find clever fairytale details around every corner.

Appealing to Dubai’s curiouser and curiouser crowd, guests are invite to dine within the imagination of nightlife entrepreneur, Elie Khoury. Khoury developed the new concept to give diners ‘something completely different and unexpected’.

The menu has been curated by renowned Dubai-based chef Reif Othman. Guests can expect a modern European offering with Japanese influences, showcasing dishes such as chicken teriyaki pizza with kizami wasabi, spaghettini with white fish and lime and pickled kombu.

As the clock strikes midnight, the vibe will begin to build as the resident DJ drops R&B, pop and house hits from his booth disguised as a grand piano. A giant fairytale book acts as the backdrop for live performers to take centre stage.

Striking visuals, dramatic light shows and elegant interiors are what Alice hopes will help them become an institution in Dubai’s ever-changing nightlife scene. The new lounge will be open daily when guests can dine until 12am, and enjoy bite-sized portions of the menu items until 3am on weekends.

The multi-sensory dining experience promises surprise theatrical elements, the details of which we can only dare to imagine, given the fairytale-like theme. Alice seems like a true ‘come for the food, stay for the party’ restaurant to us.
