What’s On has news of the planned trampoline park in the capital, its opening date and, most importantly, its new home in Marina Mall.

The location of the first Bounce trampoline park in Abu Dhabi has finally been revealed. The new outlet will be based in Marina Mall, in the spot that was originally set aside for an indoor ski slope.

The park, which is set to open in October, is still some way from being completed, but as this photo shows, the company’s claims of offering something different to its Bounce centre in Dubai (and features never seen before in the UAE) look set to be more than marketing talk, especially if they incorporate the slope that was originally intended to be hurtled down by skiers and snowboarders.

Bounce Abu Dhabi

If Dubai’s outlet of the trampoline-heavy bounce factory is any clue, the new space could feature giant trampolines, a performance area, running walls, basketball hoops, a dodgeball court and giant airbag however with a twist.

Bounce are also on the lookout for staff to work in the new location, and will be holding X-Factor-style auditions to find people who want their careers to come on leaps and bounds (sorry) in August. (See below for details).

So what kind of people are Bounce after? “We need some EPIC new recruits to join our BOUNCE crew and we’re giving you all the chance to bag yourself the best job in the world,” they claim. “ Where else do you get to spend your day flying through the air, running walls and getting an insane adrenaline high – and call it work? But we only want the best of the best – the people who are fun enough, high-energy enough and generally awesome enough to be a part of the BOUNCE family.”
