This would definitely improve your first day back at school…

The first day back at school is never easy, but the students at Al Asayel School in Abu Dhabi had a helping hand, thanks to a surprise visit from HH Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.

The Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi visited the government run school yesterday to receive a briefing on their educational progress.

But while he was there, Sheikh Mohamed made time to pay a visit to some of the classes at the all-girls school. He was seen chatting to students, as well as sitting in on a lesson.

For the visit, Sheikh Mohamed was joined by Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed, Deputy Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council.

Ahead of his visit, Abu Dhabi’s Crown Prince took to Twitter to wish pupils well ahead of returning to school on Sunday. “Continue your educational journey with all seriousness and hard work, as our goal is no longer to pass only – but to excel and make it to the top,” he wrote.
