5. Sign up for a self empowerment workshop

Its July, that’s half way already through the year. If you’ve successfully managed to stick to your goals you made at the start of the year, kudos to you. But if you fallen off track, you should sign up for this workshop. Too often, the goals we set are too high, which leads to frustration and failure, or too low that one can get bored. At this ladies only workshop held by Inner Seed UAE, you will focus on building your confidence and self love, how to manage negative thinking and create a more empowering mindset. You will also be asked to review the first half of the year which will help focus on what needs to be done to accomplish your goals in the second half of the year. The workshop is from 3pm to 6pm  and costs Dhs450 and includes tea and light snacks. Bookings can be done here.

Self Empowerment for Success WorkshopInner Seed UAE, Abu Dhabi, UAE, Dhs450, 3pm to 6pm on July 6, Tel: (050) 352 8640, innerseeduae.com

Get your traditional English roast fix with all the trimmings for just Dhs99 at The Scene at Yas Marina. There are choices of perfectly carved meats to suit your mood, but save room for the giant Yorkshire pudding with lashings of gravy. You can choose to wash it all down with a bottle of wine for an additional Dhs149.
