This is great news, because we seem to always end up getting the wrong size…

Shop on ASOS a lot? Yeah, us too. Do you end up having to return items a lot? Yep, same here.

Well, the good news is that the fast-fashion mega-site has just updated its terms so that, as of April 10, all customers in the UAE and Saudi Arabia can return unwanted items free of charge.

Previously, customers in the UAE and KSA had to pay for shipping when returning items – and we’ve been stung many times (last time we returned two pairs of jeans it cost us a substantial Dhs90 to send the items back to the UK).

Sizes vary quite widely on the site considering it stocks so many brands (and more than 85,000 products).

The online retailer is working together with Aramex for the new free-of-charge service, and you’ll be able to either arrange for collection, or drop off unwanted items at one of 39 Aramex locations.

How? Create a return order on the site, arrange how you’re sending back your package, and refunds will be processed in approximately 21 working days.

If you have any problems with this process, use the online chat on Asos and they will assist you.

“This market leading service continues our plan to invest in propositions throughout the world to build on our momentum and growth in this area and in turn provide the best customer experience possible,” said ASOS in a statement.

It turns out most people shopping on Asos are in fact further afield than Great Britain – the site has 14.1 million active customers (epic), 9.1 million of which are outside of the UK.
