In a move clearly designed to win them the ‘Most Caring Airline of the Year’ award, Emirates took to social media over the weekend to share a video of a pretty baller act of customer service.
The video shows one of the airline’s younger passengers, Reya, being reunited with her favourite ‘Fly With Me Animal’ after having misplaced it on a flight.

When Emirates discovered that Reya had been separated from the toy, they took great pains to courier her a replacement along with a personalised letter signed by “Enrico”, the toy in question.
Reya is clearly elated by the return of her favourite toy, and Emirates score some major internet brownie points. Happy endings all round.
