The World Cup finals, surfing lessons and a Hollywood blockbuster business lunch…

Welcome to a brand new week in Dubai, and with the World Cup reaching its culmination, all eyes are on tonight’s final game between France and Croatia. Of course, for all the moments in between there’s still plenty to keep you occupied (and fed) from all-you-can-eat pizza deals and the return of our favourite ladies night to a fantastic daycation offer.

Here are eight things to do in Dubai this week.

Sunday July 15

1. Watch the World Cup final

It’s finally here: the 2018 FIFA World Cup final. All the drama and excitement of the month-long tournament has led to France and Croatia squaring off tonight at 6pm at the Luzhniki Stadium in Moscow. But you don’t have to travel all the way to Russia to catch the action, we’ve rounded up a comprehensive list of over 75 of the best bars and venues in Dubai where you can soak up the atmosphere and enjoy a drink deal or two, whatever the outcome.

2. Gather the lads for a boys night out

Manzil Downtown holds a regular “Men’s Night” every Sunday that will net you a great deal on some read meat and hops. Enjoy three selected beverages and food for just Dhs149 between 6pm to 10pm. It might be the perfect after-match compliment to tonight’s World Cup final.
