It’s being billed as the “Riviera of the Middle East”…

Dubai Creek is set to become the place to be in Dubai in the coming years and the latest development from Emaar is giving us even more reasons to get excited.

The mega property developer revealed that Creek Marina – which is expected to open as soon as December of this year – will offer over 81 berths for yachts and superyachts, billing it as the “new Riviera of the Middle East”. Fancy.

The development is nearly three-fourths of a kilometre long and about a quarter wide and features an oyster-shaped design. It will include a Yacht Club with shopping and dining facilities, as well as all your superyachting mod cons such as fueling services, upgraded power outlets and pedestal units.

Creek Marina will also feature a “gravity-defying interactive fountain” as a centrepiece, as well as world-class art installations and high-end retail, dining and leisure venues.

The marina will be complemented with a 286-room upscale lifestyle hotel called Vida Harbour Point which is scheduled to open in 2019 and will be similar to other harbour hotels found in Singapore and Shanghai.

If the images released of Creek Marina are anything to go by, we can’t wait until it’s finished to get down there and check it out.
