Because dreaming doesn’t cost a dirham…

Fantasy real estate is one of our favourite games. After all, there’s no shortage of luxury properties in Dubai to daydream about. Whether you fancy a palace on The Palm or a suite in the sky, no property wish is too outrageous – as long as you have the cash.

Whether it’s a seven bedroom mansion, or swish new pad complete with pool, cinema and spa, you can probably find your dream property in Dubai.

So we’ve hunted down eight of Dubai’s most expensive homes on the market right now for your viewing pleasure.

Emirates Hills: Dhs155,000,000

What can Dhs155 million get you in Dubai? Well, in Emirates Hills it can get you a 43,000 square foot, 7 bedroom, 9 bathroom Italian-inspired mansion. Designed by some of the world’s top architects, it features a formal living room with custom-made chandelier, a sauna and steam room, super sized swimming pool, jacuzzi and tennis court.

Dubai Hills: Dhs110,000,000

This seven-bedroom, seven-bathroom mansion in Dubai Hills is one of only two properties in the area currently ready to move in to. The sprawling property is set over four floors, and also houses a huge swimming pool, basement cinema, bar and outdoor spa.

Lebanon Island: Dhs80,000,000

Not content with having your own property? Well how about your own island? For Dhs80 million, Lebanon Island, one of the only developed islands in the World Islands archipelago can be yours. You’ll need to access it via speedboat, but once you get there you’ll have yourself 419,000 square feet of private land, which includes a private beach club, licensed bar, huge swimming pool and 80 seater restaurant. For when you have the extended friends and family round…

Jumeirah Lakes Towers: Dhs80,000,000

Who said JLT wasn’t posh? This luxe penthouse has six bedrooms with walk-in closets, its own private elevator and reception service, jacuzzi, sauna, and games room. Check out that marble flooring… you could definitely do some epic socks skidding. Plus, it comes decorated as is (yep, tiger rug included).

Mohammed Bin Rashid City: Dhs78,000,000

Located on the Crystal Lagoon of the flagship District One development, Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City, this seven bedroom property is some serious #homegoals. Spread over three floors, the Mediterranean-inspired mansion benefits from a large private swimming pool, private cinema, gym, sauna, maids room and even a drivers room. You know, because who’s going to drive the six cars in the garage?

Palm Jumeirah: Dhs68,000,000

Fancy being able to wander out of your villa (mansion) and straight down onto the beach? At this recently listed 7 bedroom property on the Palm Jumeirah you can, for the bargain price of Dhs68 million. The ultra-luxury villa occupies an 18,000 square foot plot and inside you’ll find a triple garage, large swimming pool, office, gym and private elevator to take you from floor to floor.

Palm Jumeirah: Dhs55,000,000

If you’ve got some time to wait, this six-bedroom, seven-bathroom newly built mansion on Palm Jumeirah is set to be handed over in December of this year. Spread over 14,000 square feet, the two storey mansion comes complete with 4 spacious ensuite bedrooms and 2 large ensuite master bedrooms, Atlantis views, a double garage and two kitchens.

Dubai Marina: Dhs52,000,000

At the lower end of the spectrum you’ll find this full floor in Dubai Marina’s Le Reve building. It will need a bit of work to make it into a one-bedroom, as it’s currently split into two, four-bedroom apartments. But if you’ve got the cash to do it, it would make a pretty impressive pad, with stunning Marina views from its mid-floor location.
