Foodie fans, get excited, there’s a new meat-lovers restaurant that’s just opened its doors in Jumeirah.

AtmosFire can be found on Jumeirah Beach Road opposite Sega World, and promises ‘a carnivore’s paradise’ for its guests.

The barbecue and open fire pit grill style restaurant is centered around a floor-to-ceiling brick brazier which takes pride of place in the centre of the restaurant. Dining stools are placed around it, allowing guests to see the chefs at work as they prepare dishes.

It’s joined by an open fire pit on one side of the restaurant, where chefs also prepare cuts of meat for diners to see.

Inspired by traditional colonial techniques, the menu is split into The Pit and Market List with dishes changing frequently depending on the freshest cuts of meat the chefs can get hold of.

From The Pit, dish highlights include BBQ’d brisket with chimichurri sauce from the Asada grill, slow cooked lamb leg from the fire pit, and pulled veal shank from the clay oven.

While over on the market side, you’ll find lighter starters such as red prawns a la plancha and fried quail with green peppercorn, followed by hearty dishes including a Tomohawk for two, traditional steaks and lamb cutlets with ratatouille.

The 6000 square foot unlicensed restaurant is currently open from 5pm, with a lunch menu set to launch in the coming weeks.
