Found at the foot of Jumeirah Al Naseem is Rockfish, a picturesque Mediterranean seafood restaurant – and they’ve just launched a new menu crafted by the hotel’s new executive chef, Marco Garfagnini.

The passionate chef hails from Italy, and you’ll now find the comforts of traditional Italian cuisine at the heart of Rockfish’s exciting new dishes.

Craving food with an Italian flare? Opt for the risotto or pasta with a traditional touch. Elsewhere on the menu, expect to find new additions such as roasted langoustine with a lentil puree for starters and a 36 hour slow cooked baby goat, served with fresh tomato concasse and pomme puree, and delicious Lobster Risotto on the menu.

Make sure you leave space for dessert, as chef Marco has put his magic touch to that, too. Sweet-tooth tingling options such as a hazelnut parfait served with caramelized hazelnut, or the classic meringue served with mixed berries, key lime, and strawberry cream are now part of the restaurant’s offering for lunch and dinner.

And it’s not just the tasty seafood to enjoy at Rockfish. The restaurant is located on the white sandy beachfront, and offers stunning views of the Arabian Gulf and Burj Al Arab for your viewing pleasure.

If it’s too chilly, the restaurant interiors are just as gorgeous, with shell lining the walls and nautical trinkets scattered throughout.

The poolside venue offers a business lunch for those looking for a beachside break from the office. Available from 12.30pm to 3.30pm, Sunday to Thursday, the three-course Mediterranean meal also includes a glass of chilled Prosecco Gancia, and is priced at Dhs199.

However, if you can’t tear yourself away from your desk during working hours, Rockfish also has a fabulous Friday Lunch from 1pm to 4pm each week.

Guests can dig into a tasty seafood selection that includes the ‘Rockfish Bicycle’ piled high with fresh fish to be picked out and grilled to perfection. There’s a guitarist to keep you entertained, and also a specialty gin trolley that serves up more than 15 gin varieties. It’s priced at Dhs495 including house drinks, or Dhs395 for house.
