Introducing a brilliant, budget friendly way to dine at the Burj…

Dubai Food Festival is in full swing and with so much to see – and eat – it’s hard to know what to do first. But you might want to add this to your must-try foodie list, as a food truck has just popped up at Dubai’s most luxe address – The Burj Al Arab.

The pop-up taco truck is now parked on the stunning Terrace of the Burj Al Arab (adjacent to Scape restaurant), and will serve up three colourful tacos for a fraction of the price of a normal meal at the seven star hotel, at just Dhs90.

There are six different options to choose from, which cover sweet, savoury and even vegan options. Guests can select from the likes of smoked wagyu beef, yellowtail ceviche or a vegan friendly soy-glazed fried tofu served in an eye-popping purple beetroot taco shell.

But you’ll need to be quick if you want to check it out – it’ll only be open until Saturday March 9.

While the taco pop-up will open from noon until 8pm, we’d recommend heading down for sunset and catching the panoramic views out across the sea from the stunning terrace.

To book, guests can either call in advance, or make a reservation at the desk at the Welcome Centre and be driven up the iconic bridge on a buggy, to enter from the side of the hotel itself.

And if its a foodie fix you’re after, another Dubai Food Festival highlight returns this week as Taste of Dubai takes over Dubai Media City Amphitheatre from March 7 to March 9, check out our ultimate guide of things to do here.
