Is this Saturday barbecue brunch more chic or bleak?

While Friday brunches are well-known for their raise-the-roof style parties, a Saturday brunch can be the perfect way to wind down the weekend in style. And when it comes to style, The Restaurant at Address Boulevard has bags of it. From the chic, farmhouse interior, to the luxurious crockery and minimalist furnishings, it feels like you’re in the home you’ve always wanted.

While there’s plenty of stunning tables to choose from inside, it’s the outdoor area that everyone is there for, with a genuinely unbeatable view of Burj Khalifa, stunning infinity pool and cosy oversized chairs to get comfy in.

There’s also a live singer giving her rendition of popular cover songs, which gives the outdoor brunch a true summery garden party atmosphere.

The brunch is buffet-style, but the modest selection means that you won’t waste precious brunch-time walking from station to station. There’s a well-stocked salad bar, with plenty of interesting pre-made options to start your meal on a healthy note. Close by is a sushi station with fresh oysters, sashimi and maki rolls and a bakery corner serving just-warm fresh bread rolls.

As you make your way to the lower level, you’ll discover live cooking stations with grilled lobster, racks of beef, freshly-prepared tempura vegetables and wraps of chicken shawarma. The tender beef slices are a must-try, along with side dishes including mouth-watering cauliflower cheese, mini roast potatoes and gooey glazed roasted carrots, almost like a DIY roast dinner.

Many guests opt for rosé wine, while eye-catching fruity cocktails come in melon or cucumber varieties. Happily shaded under a large umbrella, perched in a wide cushioned seat, we could easily spend hours here simply grazing on seafood and soaking up the atmosphere.

Nestled away inside the restaurant is an exquisite dessert selection prepared by a French pastry chef. Options include tropezienne, lemon tart, carrot cake and eclairs with our favourite being mille feuille. It was true to its traditional recipe, light and creamy without being too sweet. We challenge you not to go back to refill your plate.

Definitely one to try while it’s still outdoor weather, The Restaurant at Address Boulevard is a stylish venue that you would be proud to bring guests to. The low-key vibe is the ideal way to relax at the end of the weekend, while still making great memories with friends and family.
