Burj Vista will soon be home to a new serving of the un-bao-leievably good Vietnamese restaurant…
Vietnamese Foodies is one of a brilliant emergence of top homegrown restaurants in JLT, and a second one is set to open soon in Downtown Dubai.
Vietnamese Foodies will open its doors at Burj Vista, The Boulevard (that’s just across from Dubai Opera) on Thursday April 25.
Promising fresh, naturally healthy and affordable southern Vietnamese cuisine, the new location will also come with stunning views of the Burj Khalifa.
Inspired by the Vietnamese capital of Ho Chi Minh, most of the JLT branches best-loved dishes will be available at the Downtown location, including aromatic roasted duck with Bao buns, Luk Lak beef stir-fry and prawns with fish roes and dynamite sauce. Like it’s JLT sister, the menu will also feature paleo, vegan, vegetarian, dairy- and gluten-free options.
The restaurant will have both indoor and outdoor seating, with room for 70 inside and a further 40 in the outdoor enclave. Vietnamese foodies Downtown will also feature an open concept kitchen showcasing live cooking and a traditional rotisserie, with the aim of transporting guests straight to the vibrant street food joints of Vietnam.
“Our new location will offer diners a traditionally authentic experience but with a modern twist, a new menu, new minimalist design and a lively atmosphere, both indoors and out,” promises Vietnamese Foodies’ owner and Executive Chef, Lily Hoa Nguyen.
Guests heading to the restaurant can use free parking in the P3 basement parking next to Dubai Opera, or pay a small fee for valet parking services via Bab Al Mansour and Arz Lebanon restaurants.
For those opting to order in, the new restaurant in Downtown Dubai will also offer delivery in select locations and will be listed on Deliveroo as well as Zomato.
