1. See a very funny man perform live

Jason Manford is returning to the UAE this weekend and on Thursday July 25, he’ll be in Dubai. The top comedian is a huge star in the UK, and it will be his first time performing in Dubai since his performance New Year’s Eve 2017-2018. You can expect to hear the funny-man discuss the details of his life, from childhood to a growing up in a working-class family to reaching adulthood as a middle class man. It will all be delivered in Manford’s favourable style, with likeable charm and teasing intelligent wit.

2. Celebrate Cheese and Wine Day in style

Out of all the international ‘insert inanimate object here’ days, this is one we can get on board with. July 25 is the day to celebrate all things cheese and wine and Anantara The Palm is doing just that. 3. Soak up the sun at a top ladies’ day

Andreea’s beach club is back after a short renovation, and we can’t wait to see it. 4. Satisfy your roast cravings early

5. Party with like-minded music lovers

Monthly party Noctuary is back in Dubai for its second season of intimate dance hall events. The first, happening on Thursday July 25, will be held on level five of JW Marriott Marquis. 6. See Travis Porter live at BOA

American hip hop group Travis Porter will take to the stage at the newly renovated BOA on Thursday July 25 and Saturday July 27. The three-piece released their debut album in 2012, and have previously collaborated with rapper Tyga.

7. Start your day with a great breakfast

Parisian cafe, Angelina, has just launched a new breakfast menu that will start your weekend off in the best way possible. If you’re feeling really hungry, you have to try the signature breakfast, where for Dhs147 you can enjoy a feast of pastries and cooked treats. It includes bread rolls, mini viennoiseries, hot chocolate, eggs benedict, and of course French toast.
