The sky will light up for Saudi National Day…

Today, Monday September 23, marks the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s 89th National Day. To celebrate, Dubai has a few exciting plans in store tonight to share support for our neighbours.

Firstly you can go and check out one of the following places to find a spectacular free fireworks display, or alternatively check out Downtown Dubai where the Burj Khalifa will be showcasing a one-off fountain show in celebration of the momentous day.

Fireworks

The Pointe

On Monday September 23, guests at The Pointe will be able to enjoy dazzling fireworks displays, top dining deals, kids’ entertainment, and much, much more. There’ll be dining discounts too, with 25 per cent off restaurants including Seafood Kitchen, Hook & Cook, Asian District, Palapa, Acapella and Piazza Pizza.

Bluewaters

If you head down to Bluewaters this evening you can expect to see a stunning fireworks display from the island. The show will begin at 8.30pm so make sure you find a great spot to catch all the action of the evening.

The Beach at JBR

The final place you’ll be able to catch a mesmerising fireworks show is at The Beach at JBR. Known for its incredible displays, JBR is the place to be if you want to celebrate Saudi National Day with a bang (sorry!) tonight.

Fountain show

Burj Khalifa

See the world’s tallest building light up in green with the KSA flag this evening at 7.15pm, 8.10pm, 9.10pm, 9.50pm and 10.20pm. In addition, the Saudi National Anthem will be used to choreograph a performance by the Dubai Fountain show.
