Atlantis The Palm’s culinary month is now in its third year, and it’s returning for a month-long celebration on Sunday November 3.

Bigger and better than ever before, this highlight in the culinary calendar will feature delicious set menus, exciting celebrity chefs, masterclasses and out of this world tasting menus.

Here are some of the highlights… 

November 7 and 8: Four hands dinner by Gregoire Berger and Jean-Francois Piege

Two culinary masterminds; Ossiano’s Gregoire Berger and chef Jean-Francois Piege of the two Michelin star Le Grand Restaurant in Paris, will present a special four hands dinner for two nights only on November 7 and 8 at Ossiano. The nine-course culinary delight will include a selection of canapés from ‘Le Grand Restaurant’,  Chef Berger’s signature floating island, Scottish scallops in a seaweed crust, blue lobster cooked in fig leaves, and signature desserts from both award-winning chefs. The dinner will run from 6.30pm to 10.30pm and is priced at Dhs995 for the nine course menu or Dhs1495 including a wine pairing.

November 10 and 11: Four hands dinner by Giorgio Locatelli and Valeria Raciti

For two nights only, diners will have the opportunity to feast on a delicious five course menu prepared by MasterChef Italia judge, Giorgio Locatelli and the winner of the MasterChef Italia 2019, chef Valeria Raciti. The uniquely prepared five-course meal will offer a delicious array of Italian delicacies, and is priced at Dhs290 per person.

November 21 and 22: Four hands dinner by Raymond Wong and Ben O’Donoghue

One for the meat lovers, Seafire’s chef de cuisine Raymond Wong will be hosting a four hands dinner alongside Australian celebrity chef Ben O’Donoghue. The duo will host two evenings, both a celebration of meat, presenting a selection of flaming and barbecue dishes with a twist. Available each evening from 6.30pm to 10.30pm, it’s priced at Dhs360 per person.

December 3 and 4: Enjoy dinner at the hands of Nobu Matsuhisa

Chef Nobu Matsuhisa will return to the helm of his kitchen at Atlantis The Palm on Tuesday December 3 and Wednesday December 4. On December 3, chef Nobu will present an eight course white truffle Omakase menu alongside Nobu Dubai’s Chef de Cuisine, Damien Duviau, priced at Dhs675 per person. Then on December 4, diners will be able to feast on exquisite dishes from the nine-course Omakase menu. . The lavish menu, presented by Nobu on the night, is priced at Dhs575 per person.
