The luxe private cinema seats up to 15 people, perfect for a big group get together this festive season…

How do you like to celebrate Christmas in Dubai? If it’s having a big Christmas dinner with your nearest and dearest, followed by a festive movie marathon then there’s one place you definitely need to check out this Christmas.

Vox Cinemas have a single-screen private cinema at Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates, where you can have your own exclusive dining and film experience with up to 15 of your closest friends and family.

From Wednesday December 4 to Sunday January 8, the private cinema is opening up to festive bookings, with the festive dinner priced from Dhs350 per person. Cinema hire is priced at Dhs2000, so if there were 15 of you, it would work out at around Dhs483 per person to do both.

Start off by the bar, where you can catch up over a range of house beverages of your choice. Then sit down to a traditional Christmas roast in the dining room complete with all the trimmings. Think turkey, golden roast potatoes and lashings of gravy.

When you’ve filled up on festive fare, head to the plush private cinema adjacent to the dining room, where you can get yourself comfortable in one the cushy chairs to watch a festive film handpicked by your group.

If you’ve still got room for snacks, there’ll be free-flowing popcorn because – lets face it – no movie night is complete without it.

So, whether you’re looking to have a December birthday party, work Christmas celebration or that special festive get together with your friends before you head your separate ways for the holiday season – this could be just what you’re after.
