The Jaguar C-X75 stunt car was built for the James Bond film, Spectre…

Ever wanted to get your hands on a piece of Hollywood memorabilia? Now could be your chance, as the 2015 Jaguar C-X75 from Daniel Craig’s latest Bond film will be up for auction at the Formula 1 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix 2019.

The Spectre stunt car was used by Bond villain, Mr Hinx, for an exhilarating car chase scene through the streets of Rome in the most recent 007 movie.

On Saturday November 30, the car will go under the hammer in the capital and is expected to sell for between $800,000 (Dhs2,938,328) and $1.2 million (Dhs4,407,492). The auction, in conjunction with RM Sotheby’s, will take place on the first floor of the Formula 1 Paddock Club, Yas Marina Circuit.

See it in action in this behind-the-scenes car chase clip:

Actor Dave Bautista, who played super-villain Mr Hinx, was the one driving it in the movie, as he chased down James Bond in an Aston Martin DB10. The car was one of just a few built especially for the movie, following the release of the film it was serviced, before travelling to Mexico for the Mexican Grand Prix.

As it’s a stunt car, the vehicle comes fitted with a space frame built to World Rally Championship specifications and features a specially modified V8 engine. So you can really feel what it’s like to be a real Bond villain.

Also included in the auction will be a 1990 Ferrari F40, a 2006 Lamborghini Concept S, a 2015 Porsche 918 Spyder, a 2017 Pagani Zonda Aether and a 2011 Aston Martin One-77. The latter of which will be presented by Auction4Wildlife to benefit African Parks.

Just try to drive it more carefully than in the movie…
