Flying from Dubai International Airport just got a little more fancy…

If you’re a prosecco fan, you might want to allow a little more time when flying through Dubai International Airport.

The reason? Italian prosecco brand Bottega Spa (the makers of those distinctive gold bottles) have now opened their brand new Bottega Prosecco Bar & Craft Beer at DXB’s Terminal 3, near the A gates.

Alongside sampling a selection of signature drinks from the Bottega range to toast to your vacation, you’ll also be able to order some delicious Mediterranean dishes to pair nicely with your bubbles. From bowls of fresh pasta to made-to-order pizzas, you can fill up while you sip a glass of bubbly before you fly. Bliss.

The interior of the new Bottega bar at Dubai Airport has the signature gold and black accents of the brand, with table or at-the-bar seating, an open kitchen at the back and, of course, Bottega’s recognisable shiny, golden bottles take pride of place.

Just stopping for a quick snack? You’ll be able to choose from juices, salads, sandwiches and pastries to go.

The opening of the newest bar and restaurant marks the 25th Bottega Prosecco Bar worldwide, with existing locations found in airports in Rome, Birmingham and Milan, among others.

The Bottega Prosecco Bar is part of a new range of concept bars that are a result of Bottega Spa’s partnership with global travel restauranteur, Autogrill. The first of them opened in Rome’s Fiumicino Airport in Terminal 3, with plans to open more including locations in Abu Dhabi and Malaysia.

What better way to celebrate a holiday?
