Rapper 50 Cent and singing sensation Rita Ora will headline RedFestDXB when it returns to Dubai Media City in February.

Virgin Radio and Done Events announced the line-up, which also features Dutch singer Eva Simons (the voice of the Will.I.Am track This is Love) and British DJ MistaJam.

Grammy Award winner 50 Cent shot to fame in 2003 with the release of In Da Club, from his smash hit album Get Rich or Die Tryin’. He has sold more than 30 million albums worldwide and has 13 Billboard Music Awards, three American Music Wards and 4 BET awards on his mantelpiece.

The 40-year-old Queens native has also appeared in movies, most recently making a cameo as himself in the Melissa McCarthy comedy Spy.

Rita Ora must have loved RedFest as she’s returning for a second time. At just 24 she’s had four UK number ones (five if you count her smash hit with Iggy Azalea Black Widow) – so, from How We Do to I Will Never Let You Down, you’ll find plenty to sing along to when you see the X Factor judge live.

Also announced as part of the lineup is Eva Simons, you’ll definitely recognise her summer stomper Policeman:

Legendary BBC1 DJ MistaJam will close the night – you can expect some masterful multi-genre mixing from him.

Here’s a bit more about him:

American Idol alum and California native Adam Lambert has also joined the bill for RedFestDXB 2016. We’re looking forward to the Grammy-nominated musician belting out Ghost Town.
