A six-hour mega brunch, a new market menu at the world’s tallest restaurant and a casual game of bubble soccer…

A weekend well spent brings a week of content. Well, that’s what we’ve decided.

So, whether it’s eating your way round Dubai, heading for a happy hour with a twist, or taking up some high-energy lava floor fun, we’ve got your weekend planned.

Here are 12 things to do in Dubai this weekend…

Thursday August 3

1. Eat a new 5-course menu at the world’s tallest restaurant

With dishes crafted by Executive Chef Christopher Graham, the 5-course Market Menu at At.mosphere is all about European flavours. Expect to enjoy dishes including home smoked mackerel, pan seared sea bream and slow cooked duck breast. Try and head up there for sunset, as this fine-dining spot is on the 122nd floor of the Burj Khalifa.

There’s a whole host of discounts to be had at D3 on weekdays throughout the summer, with a 3-hour happy hour that applies to clothing, art, food and drink from 5pm to 8pm Sunday to Thursday. Several outlets are taking part: some of the deals you’ll find include buy-one-get-one-free on selected beverage at Chez Charles, 10% off purchases at Gallery Ward and 30% off sandwiches, pastries and coffee at Craft Cafe.
