What’s on has details of new pop up cinema – one of the things to do in Dubai over the summer.


Just in time for Ramadan and the upcoming summer lull, The Third Line gallery – located in Al Quoz’s art district – is teaming up with Cinema Akil to launch a pop-up cinema featuring a host of internationally acclaimed films.

Films are shown every Wednesday throughout Ramadan and entrance is free to all.

The schedule is as follows:

25 June, 7.30pm: No
An ad executive comes up with a campaign to defeat Augusto Pinochet in Chile’s 1988 referendum.

2 July, 9pm: Dial ‘M’ for murder
