This recently re-opened bar in Souk Qaryat Al Beri wants you – to dress like a creature from your favourite movies. See that evil looking doll’s head in the picture above? He’s part of the Yas Island nightclub’s haunted toyshop-themed party, taking place on Oct 31. We’re told the live entertainment on the night will also see freaky dolls coming to life. The music, a mixture of not so spooky house, hip hop and urban, will be supplied by the resident DJs.

Aloft Abu Dhabi
Halloween takes place in a pool at Aloft Abu Dhabi this year, with DJs JoseRC, Chadphunk and What’s On Abu Dhabi Awards 2014-winner Natalie Brogan on the decks. Costumes and swimwear are required on the night.

The pub in the Hilton, which recently won the Favourite Pub Grub trophy at the What’s On Abu Dhabi Awards 2014, is offering a three-course set menu costing Dhs185 per person, plus free cocktails for ladies between 7pm and 9pm for two nights at the end of the month. The hotel recently launched a new Bloody Mary Brunch for Fridays, but it is also celebrating Halloween a day earlier at its weekly Crazy at Crystal Lounge event. Mary BLOODY Mary is the name of the evening and the hotel will be giving out prizes for the best costumes, and there’s also prizes up for grabs if you think you’re an expert at carving a pumpkin (but make sure you bring your own).
